AIR CONDITIONING KITS

As a designer and system developer, Hammond Air Conditioning Ltd. has a reputation of being able to air condition “anything with a cab and an engine”. Supplying dealers with air conditioning kits and installations for such brand names as Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu and Liebherr, just to name a few, we have become recognized as one of the premiere mobile equipment air conditioning companies in Canada. 

The kits are designed with completely integrated evaporators and controls, when available.  Most systems utilize a condenser mounted in the engine fan airlflow. The condensers are designed as multiple cross-over assemblies with rifled tubes and steel end flanges for strength. Our own heavy duty condenser is designed for the most severe conditions, such as forestry and landfill applications, with a 1/4” plate construction case and heavy gauge sides. Most systems are designed for the integrated ‘factory’ styled appearance and function desired by the majority of our customers. With our own in-house product development teams we have possibly the shortest turn-around time for providing air conditioning systems for new machines to the market. 

We believe in an on-going process of product development and a commitment to continuous improvement. This is evident in all our systems as we design them with the end user, service technician and installer in mind. All of our systems are developed from our own field installations and include all components required. Whenever possible we pre-assemble as much of the system as possible and test them prior to shipping from our facilities.
